If convicted, the Law Association of Zambia should suspend his licence for bring the profession into disrepute. It is shameful for a lawyer to break the law with such impunity. Driving under the influence of alcohol is just a NO, NO.
Ba Musaninyoze, Mr. Mwenye is human and bound to err. There is no need for LAZ to come in as this has nothing to do with professional conduct. The law prescribes punishment for his kind of infringement.
He holds no office in LAZ so why should LAZ suspend his practicing license if he is convicred?
