Why involve the general public ba Nakacinda. If ECL has or is doing something THAT contravenes the laid down procedures or breaks the law because of his mouse, is it okay for you if you are a genuine true leader or as a leader to involve the ordinary citizens to also engange themselves in criminality or criminal activities? NO bwana it’s not good but if there are those who want to do so, they will do so on their own mercy but by following blindly if not done properly they also risk being apprehended if indeed what you are saying is true.
