Noel Nkhoma is NRFA board chairman
ECONOMIST Noel Nkhoma has been appointed as board chairman for National Road Fund Agency (NRFA).
Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane made the announcement in a statement.
Nkhoma once served as board chairman for the now defunct Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ).
