I SOMETIMES wonder where the praise singers live, are they all abroad, asks Thomas Sipalo.
In a post on his Facebook page on Friday, Sipalo, who last year contested for the Munali Constituency seat but lost to UPND’s Mike Mposha, lamented that people are complaining of being broke and hungry.

He has since challenged the “praise singers” to explain to ordinary Zambians why being broke is a new normal.
“The past few months I’ve been going round the country and the complaint everywhere is the same. The people are both broke and hungry,”
said Sipalo.

“As you praise also find time to start explaining to the ordinary Zambians why being broke is a new normal. Why basic commodities are becoming expensively every day and also don’t forget to teach them the definition of inflation in its simplest term…Otherwise pa ground pali njala and people are complaining. No one is giving them hope for a better tomorrow…Am just a messenger!”
