“BROTHERMAN” APPREHENDED FOR INSULTING HH
Immigration Department Wrote;
The Department of Immigration, working jointly with other Defence and Security Wings on 12th September 2026 apprehended 44-year-old Zambian national Misheck Mulubwa, who uses the name; “Brotherman” on TikTok under the handle @KabongoKitungu5, in Kasumbalesa.
Mr. Mulubwa was apprehended at approximately 15:30 hours following a
coordinated operation led by the Department of Immigration.
He is alleged to have repeatedly used social-media platforms to publish content containing insults against the President and the Presidency, as well as tribal and hate speech.
Preliminary investigations indicate that Mr. Mulubwa had allegedly been staying on the Democratic Republic of Congo side of the border and occasionally crossed into Zambia.
His movements and other circumstances surrounding the matter remain
subject to further investigations
Following his apprehension, Mr. Mulubwa was transported to Lusaka, where he is expected to be formally charged in accordance with the law.

That chap is a Congolese. He must be investigated. @KabongoKitungu5, that’s Congolese. I am not surprised he stays on the other side of Kasumbalesa. He knows the Zambian side very well.
