A senior police officer at the Drug Enforcement Commission insisted that President Edgar Lungu was not part of those to accompany the former First Lady Esther Lungu to the interview room.
The officer became physical and attempted to stop the former president.
Lawyer Makebi Zulu and the Aide de Camp had to push the officer away who had blocked the way for the former President.
President Lungu advised the officer that as a spouse,he would accompany the former First Lady and proceeded to go upstairs with the lawyers for the interview.
