POLICE SAID THEY GOT INSTRUCTIONS FROM ABOVE TO BLOCK ME – BOWMAN
KABUSHI PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo says Police officers who attempted to block him during a recent tour of duty in his constituency informed him that instructions came from above.
On Saturday, Lusambo posted on his Facebook page that Police had attempted to block an activity in which a crew from Parliament TV was shooting various developmental projects in the constituency.
