POSITION OF CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST DOES NOT EXIST

We have reliably been informed by officials from the Public service Commission that the position of Chief Communications Specialist held by HAMASAKA does not exist and no Treasuary authority has been obtained for the same thus making the position illegal. Similarly the appointment of Thabo Kawana as Director in a ministry is illegal because the President does not appoint such officials.
President Hichilema must therefore with a sense of urgency deal with these illegalities and make legitimate appointments. The President must not be ashamed to officially name CLAYSON HAMASAKA as his Special Assistant for press and public relations. We are aware that Anthony Bwalya was directed by Oliver Kalabo-Deputy Secretary to the cabinet to make three copies of handover notes. One to the President, the other to cabinet office and the third was given to CLAYSON HAMASAKA. In what capacity then was HAMASAKA receiving the handover notes if not in his new capacity as Special Assistant for Press and Public Relations?
Mr President, you swore to uphold our Constitution, please do the right thing!
