PRAYER FROM PRESIDENT HAKAINDE HICHILEMA
As we gather in prayer today, Lord, we are here to stand in the gap for our country before you.
You are God of all flesh. You are Lord over this nation. This is the basis of the blessings we have continued to enjoy in this land. Just as the Psalmist said, in Psalm 33 v 12, that blessed is the nation whose God the Lord is. We reaffirm our crowning of you as Lord over this nation.
Lord, we are nothing without you. We beseech thee Lord to look upon us as we come together as a nation to renew our commitment to you.
May you Lord cloth this Country with favour and Love. Purify our hearts. We pray for national revival and spiritual healing. Lord bless and heal our land. We pray for peace, reconciliation, love and unity among and between us. We pray for a blessing to be poured out upon our nation according to Your mercy.
You have said in 2 Chronicles 7: 14 that If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Heal our land Lord we pray.

The one who knows the hearts of his people will listen to the prayers prayed genuinely.
God have mercy on our political leaders and give them a right direction and to have the spirit loving one another. Remove propaganda in the hearts of some of the ell hurted leaders.
Wipe out those who have no hurt for Zambians by placing them home completely.
