Press Statement for Immediate Release,

Lusaka 10/10/21

PRESIDENT HAKAINDE HICHILEMA HAS NO INTENTIONS OF ABUSING INVESTIGATING WINGS

Fellow Zambians, on behalf of our NDC president Josephs Akafumba, we wish to rebut claims by some opposition political parties that His Excellency President Hakainde Hichilema plans to weaken Investigative Wings by allegedly placing them under his office. Some opposition leaders including a handful accomplices of Saboi Imboela a known NDC imposter are claiming that the signing of the Gazette Notice Number 1123 of 2021 will undermine the authority of Investigating Wings.

Fellow citizens, the Republican President has been consistent in demanding that all Investigating Wings carry out their functions professionally

We therefore do not understand why Saboi and others can be so malicious to accuse the President of revoking Gazette Notice number 836 of 2016 for alleged personal reasons.

To this extent, We wish to remind this imposter that the ACC, ZSIS and others have always been under the Office of the President from the time of Dr. Kenneth Kaunda.

We therefore urge this imposter and other critics to read the comments on this subject by governance expert Macdonald Chipenzi of GEARS. He has ably stated that the ACC has never left the Office of the President.

The onus is on the ACC to work professionally because President Hichilema has no intentions of stopping them from carrying out their mandate.

With this narration, we urge you fellow Zambians to ignore the statement issued by Mr Zuwa Sinkamba on 8th September 2021. Zuwa is a blind religious follower of the imposter Saboi.
In his statement Mr Zuwa Sinkamba maliciously contented that the new dawn government intents to weaken ACC by moving it to the Office of the President

Lastly, we urge Zambians not to take Saboi and her few followers seriously as they are imposters sponsored by the PF wanderer Chishimba Kambwili.

They are contemnors awaiting jugement in courts of law
