PRESIDENT HH HAS NO TIME TO RESPOND TO TOXIC NOISE FROM KAMBWILI.
While I am reluctant to engage disgraced politician Chishimba Kambwili on his most recent barrage of cheap, predictable and uneducated propaganda that the UPND intends to cut the public sector workforce as a way to curb public sector spending, I wish to remind the Zambian people that Mr. Kambwili has built his now finished political career on lies, deception and actively slandering others for his selfish gains.
I wish to categorically state, that the UPND has no intention whatsoever, of cutting public workforce numbers, but instead committed to productively expanding the public sector by vigorously rebuilding the economy and put an end to government corruption and in the process free up much needed resources to employ more teachers, nurses, doctors, police officers and other service personel.
Under the UPND leadership, not only shall we protect existing public sector jobs, our aim is to progressively improve public sector wages across the board by prioritizing and leveraging steady economic progress for all, so that the public sector can once more become the pride of our country.
I am also appalled by the relentless, tribal incitements of Kambwili, who is evidently sowing seeds of disunity and discontent by recklessly fuelling tribal propaganda.
I advise Kambwili to mature up and gather his mental faculties and take responsibility for his lack of exercise of sound judgement, the very reason his political career is in tatters.
Please note, that President Hakainde Hichilema will not waste time responding or reacting to Mr. Kambwili’s toxic noise.
