GAY RIGHTSPRESIDENT HAKAINDE HICHILEMA’S STANCE ON GAY RIGHTS SPOT ON

President Hakainde Hichilema’s gesture to maintain the country’s declaration as a Christian Nation is highly commendable.

It’s also gratifying to note that the Republican President has clearly stated Zambia’s position on gay rights at every fora both at home and abroad.

We expect citizens who were not clear on the President’s stance on Gay rights in Zambia to now focus their energies on issues of national unity and development.

Further, we salute the former President Edgar Lungu for declaring October 18th as a Day of National Prayer, Fasting, Repentance and Reconciliation in an effort to reinforce the country’s declaration as a Christian Nation.

Most of all, every Zambian owes great gratitude to the late second Republican President Frederick Chiluba for the landmark declaration of Zambia as a Christian Nation.
