PUTIN: RUSSIA IS WINNING ON THE BATTLEFIELD, WON’T NEGOTIATE WITH “TERRORISTS”
Russian President Vladimir Putin says Moscow is steadily gaining ground in Ukraine and has no intention of negotiating with what he described as “terrorists.”
Speaking at a news conference following a regional summit in Kyrgyzstan, Putin expressed confidence in Russia’s military position, declaring: “I have no doubt the enemy will crumble.”
The remarks underline Moscow’s hardening stance as fighting continues across the front lines, with Putin insisting that Russian forces are continuing to advance and that Russia remains confident of achieving its objectives.
