Russia Maintains Nearly 1,800 Deployed Nuclear Warheads
Russia, under President Vladimir Putin, has approximately 1,796 nuclear warheads deployed and ready for use on strategic missiles, bombers, and nuclear-powered submarines, according to figures attributed to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI).
