🚨🇷🇺 RUSSIA WARNS OF POSSIBLE WORLD WAR III AS TENSIONS WITH EUROPE RISE

Russia has intensified its warnings about the possibility of a wider war, with Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov saying that Moscow could respond to a direct attack with a conflict that would be fundamentally different from the current war in Ukraine.

Following talks with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul, Lavrov accused Western leaders of pushing Russian President Vladimir Putin toward confrontation. He also accused Germany of seeking to create what he called a “Fourth Reich” and of encouraging what he described as the resurgence of Nazism in Europe.

Lavrov claimed that European countries are increasing military spending and preparing for a potential conflict with Russia. He warned that if Russia were attacked, its response would be “completely different” and potentially short, remarks that have been interpreted as a reference to Russia’s nuclear capabilities.

Lavrov also accused Germany of seeking to become Europe’s leading military power, citing Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s statements about strengthening Germany’s military role in Europe

Wadephul, meanwhile, said Europe should not leave its entire dialogue with Russia to the United States and called on Moscow to end what he described as “hybrid attacks.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukrainian intelligence has information suggesting that Russia could seek to expand the war to other countries or regions.

Meanwhile, Russian attacks across Ukraine have reportedly caused additional casualties and damaged critical infrastructure, including intelligence facilities and communications networks. In Sumy, two people were reportedly killed and 28 others, including children, were injured. Another Russian strike in Zaporizhzhia reportedly killed at least three people and wounded four others.

NATO aircraft were also reportedly deployed to Romania after Russian drones approached the Danube border area between Romania and Ukraine.

⚠️ The developments highlight growing concerns over the possibility that the Russia-Ukraine war could trigger a broader confrontation between Russia and European NATO members.

🇷🇺 NOTE: Russia should also draw lessons from the recent Iran war and the military and strategic consequences it demonstrated.
