The Indian contractors have fled the country without finishing the job, no working drainage around the bridges they’ve built.
They’ve been paid $420 Million and you’ll never get them to come back and rectify these issues, they’re long gone!
In addition to that, they have left traffic lights that are not functional most of the time and have not installed traffic lights at some major road intersections which was part of their scope of works.
This is a 20 year loan that the babies born today will pay on behalf of their parents who are using these bridges today.
