SIGNS OF INCOMPETENCE
A Republican President is supposed to be a very busy person because they need to attend to a wide variety of national and international matters.
A serious President is supposed to load his schedule with as many activities and meetings as possible, whenever they travel abroad, so that they can quickly wrap up their business there and return home.
But uyu ndani uyu is different. He allocates an entire day just for selfies with white people. Another entire day for selfies with Fashion Sakala. Another entire day for a meeting at LME. Another entire day to meet the Zambian community in the UK, etcetera.
Meanwhile ministries have no Permanent Secretaries. Parastatals have no Boards. KCM is still in limbo. Mopani is still in limbo. Loadshedding is getting worse everyday etc. Can someone please tell him to get serious with national duty which he wanted and which the Zambian people gave him on 12th August.
So far he is behaving like a playboy.
