SIMILARITIES BETWEEN MALAWI AND ZAMBIA CONTINUES.
IGNORE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
Both countries have similarities since time in memorial apart from
sharing boundaries and races of people. But there are some notable political activities between the two that have happened in the
same way.
1, Both Dr. Kaunda and Dr. Kamuzu Banda were longest serving
President’s of both countries and their roots are somehow not traced
from Zambia and Malawi, respectively.
2, Both Kaunda and Kamuzu, having a common slogan of “Wamuyaya” (Forever), had something to carry in their hands as symbol of authority;
3, President Chiluba, born in 1943, took over from Kenneth Kaunda and Bakili Muluzi,born in 1943, took over from Kamuzu Banda. Both
Chiluba and Muluzi went on to seek a 3rd term of office but failed after extreme opposition to both bids.
4, FTJ Chiluba brought in Levy Mwanawasa and campaigned for him single headedly; Bakili Muluzi brought in Bingu wa Mutharika and campaigned for him single headedly. As fate would have it both Mwanawasa and Mutharika won those elections.
5. Shortly after being elected as President, Mwanawasa fell out
favour with Chiluba and dragged him to court over corruption;
shortly after being elected as President, Mutharika fell out favour
with Muluzi. The new Malawian President took his predecessor to
court over corruption.
6, Now it gets interesting; Chiluba was prosecuted by Mwanawasa
administration Muluzi was prosecuted by Mutharika Administration Mwanawasa won a 2nd Term of office Mutharikha won a 2nd Term of office Mwanawasa chose Rupiah Banda as Vice President Mutharika chose Joyce Banda as Vice President Mwanawasa died in his 2nd term of Office due to Cardiac Arrest Mutharika died in his 2nd term of Office due to Cardiac Arrest (both deaths were predicted by TB Joshua)
7, Rupiah Banda took over from Levy Mwanawasa due to death of incumbent; Joyce Banda took over from Bingu wa Mutharika due to death of incumbent. The people who took over from the dead Presidents in both countries are named “Banda”!
8, After 3yrs, President Banda in Zambia lost to veteran opposition leader Michael Sata. Joyce Banda lost elections to veteran political party DPP
9.Prof Mutarika has lost to an opposition leader Lazarus Chakwera, does it mean Edgar Chagwa Lungu will lose to HH?
Let’s wait and see, …….

Point No.1:
Allow me to enlighten you with the following: If you are a Zambian writer, this is a very misleading representation of historical comparisons or what you’re referring to as “Similarities”,when it comes to the “ROOTS”of KK, and you are expected to know better!
He was born in 1924 at Lubwa in the hills of the watershed between the great Luangwa and Chambeshi rivers. His father, the Rev David Kaunda was the first African Missionary to be sent by the Livingstonia Mission of Nyasaland in 1904 to the Bemba-speaking people of the Chinsali District of N. Rhodesia. His parents made their faithful witness among the Bemba, winning the confidence of the Chiefs and people. The Mission Station at Lubwa, 8 miles from Chinsali was later built when the Scottish pioneer missionary, Mr McMinn came to join the Rev David Kaunda…

Do you need more? Let me know. I will send you the book.
Whatever happens now in Malawi, as for me and my family, we can’t be moved at all by traitors and greedy corrupt PUEFU bloody vulchers. Whatever PF will say in whatever form to entice some Zambian voters, but i still remember the urgly face of their bloody leadership and will nerver nerver gi e them any chance to be near the corridors of power never. Especially with the following;
1. The blood that was shed on our Zambian soil by PF cadres who beat, maimed and killed innocent Zambians just because they were in government. This is still fresh in me and would not like it to happen again to my family and friends.
2. Insults that we received with no reason at all by these PF cadres who harrased us without chifukwa especially in markerts and bus stations. It was hell to think and imagine of again.
3. Scrapping of meal allawances- students from vulnerable families in Public Universities, the few who were on bursaries were denied this facility by Lungu and his uncle nkandu Luo while their cadres stole from the treasury, burned money in mbabulaz and made money to be their mattresses while the majority suffered. This i will not forget.
4. The gassing that brought fear in the nation and killing of more thay 50 people because of the same Plan A of PF. This was really witchcraft at it’s highest order. Lungu the snake devils agent scheme.
5. Corruption- the root cause of all the problems we are going through today because of the rampant corruption that was initiated by Lungu- the Uwubpmba mwibala style. Very very bad and evil leadership indeed.
6. Regionalism and nepotism. This seed was a very very bad one indeed. Brought in with force by PF.
7. Selective delivery of development. Another urgly thing initiated by Lungu PF.
8.The killing of NSAMA NSAMA, Joseph Kaunda, Mapenzi Chibulo, Lawrence Banda to mention but afew alwsys saddens me.
9. How HH was treated in all his endeavours under Lungu. Very sad story indeed.
10. The TV and Radio stations including news papers which were closed under PF and Lungu and that guy a journalist who was urinated in the the mouth by JJ Banda the so called honourable. Sad story indeed
And what similarities do you see between Chakwera and HH? I was waiting to hear about that. But because your speculation lacks substance, you just end up saying let’s wait and see. I know you want to play it safe because in your heart of hearts you know that HH is incomparable to Chakwera.
The write up was in 2021 before HH_ECL elections….
