SUSPECTS THAT KILLED A MAN IN DC’S PRESENCE ARRESTED

Police in Mazabuka have arrested three people in connection with the burning to death of an 80-year old man on suspicion of practicing witchcraft.
Mazabuka District Commanding Officer, James Muluwa, who confirmed the development, says Police are still investigating the matter, with the three suspects arrested over the weekend.
Eighty-year old Alfred Moonga of Hamuntamba Village in Chikankata district was killed by a mob on suspicion of being behind the death of Tema Maluluma.
Moonga was burnt to death in full view of Mazabuka District Commissioner, Oliver Mulomba and some Police Officers after a coffin carrying the remains of Maluluma allegedly identified him as the causer of her death.
