THE LUSAKA-NDOLA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE THREE YEARS
On Monday, in the company of the acting Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development permanent secretary, Dr Richard Banda, and other officials from my Ministry, we made an impromptu inspection tour of ongoing works on the Fisenge to Luanshya section of the US$650 million Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway PPP Project.
Other than interacting with our youth employed on this project, we observed that Micro Ocean Investments Consortium, the PPP concessionaire on this road project, was undertaking quality works, at a fast-paced manner.
We can confidently say, therefore, that the New Dawn legacy Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway PPP Project will be completed before the contractual duration of three years.
