THIEVES STEAL CDF MONEY AT KALUMBILA COUNCIL

Thieves have stolen a holding safe which was keeping 24 Thousand Kwacha at Kalumbila Town Council, North Western Province.
The stolen money was being kept for projects under the Constituency Development Fund in the area.
