TRUMP AND RUBIO JUST TORCHED 300,000 VISAS AND THE NUMBER IS CLIMBING FAST

The Trump administration has now revoked more than 300,000 visas since the president returned to office, up from 250,000 just a month ago. That is 50,000 additional revocations in roughly thirty days, the fastest pace of any administration in history.

State Department officials confirmed the total and said the revocations target criminal activity, threats to public safety, and immigration fraud or misrepresentation. At least 4,000 of those visas belonged to foreigners who engaged in or facilitated birth tourism, the practice of flying into the United States solely to give birth so the child receives automatic citizenship before the parents return home.

State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott stated, “With over 300,000 revocations, the Trump administration has revoked more visas at a faster pace than any administration in history.” He added, “Let the message be clear: we have zero tolerance for foreigners here on visas who break the law, commit fraud, or undermine our national security. We are taking, and will continue to take, action to keep our borders, and our nation, secure.”

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has made clear that these reviews are ongoing and daily. The administration is systematically removing people who entered on visas and then violated the terms of their stay, committed crimes, or exploited loopholes like birth tourism. This is not a pause or a review. It is enforcement.

The previous administration treated visa status as nearly permanent once issued. Trump and Rubio are treating it as conditional and revocable the moment the rules are broken. The result is a rapid reduction in the number of people who entered legally but stayed illegally, committed crimes, or gamed the system for citizenship benefits they were never entitled to receive.

The 300,000 figure is not a projection. It is the running total announced by the State Department itself, and officials have indicated the number will continue to rise as continuous vetting catches more violations.-DTP
