TUTWA NGULUBE REPORTED FOR USING UNPALATABLE LANGUAGE AGAINST THE POLICE

Two concerned citizens have this evening reported former Kabwe central member of Parliament Mr Tutwa S Ngulube at Kabangwe Police post for what they term as unpalatable language against civilized police officers.
The two citizens are Mr Ethen Phiri and Mr Kenson Kapemba who expressed concerns over the remarks made by Mr Ngulube against the police officers.
“Insulting the police is as good as insulting the commander in chief of the Armed forces ” the duo added.
