State House insiders say chances of Museveni actually retiring
are almost zero

According to reports, President Yoweri Museveni has reportedly U-turned on his 2031 retirement plan, and the reason is inside his own house.

Sources whispering from State House Nakasero reveal that Museveni was left shaken after his own daughter Patience Museveni and son-in-law Odrek Rwabwogo were dragged to court over a family matter that insiders insist should never have gone public.

The public court drama has reportedly exposed deep cracks in the First Family, leaving the President terrified that if he steps down in 2031, his family empire could collapse into an all-out war for power.

The timing is explosive.

His son, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has already declared himself the heir, even saying that  Museveni will be his campaign manager in 2031.

But trusted insiders claim president Museveni is now having serious second thoughts. After nearly 40 years in power since 1986, he reportedly believes no one in the family can hold things together without him.

One source put it bluntly: “If he leaves, the family rule ends the next day.”

For now, State House insiders say chances of Museveni actually retiring are almost zero.
