Uganda unveils statue of Yoni Netanyahu at Entebbe
Uganda has unveiled a statue honoring Lt. Col. Yoni Netanyahu at the old Entebbe Airport terminal, the place where he fell 50 years ago while leading the historic hostage rescue operation.
Yoni, the brother of Prime Minister Netanyahu, commanded the Israeli force that rescued hostages from Entebbe in 1976.
The monument now stands at one of the most symbolic sites in Israeli military history.
