UKA USED RALLY TO INSULT, ABUSE HH, SAYS MWIIMBU
JACK Mwiimbu, the Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister said the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) used the opportunity to assemble at a rally in Kitwe to insult and abuse President Hakainde Hichilema instead of offering alternative solutions.
And Mr Mwiimbu said Emmanuel Banda had opted to sue the state before the conclusion of the investigations and therefore Government could not delve into details of his abduction because the matter was in court.
Mr Mwiimbu said it would be prejudicial for him to tell the nation what police investigated about the abduction of Emmanuel Banda, the Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament who was admitted to hospital in Chipata.
He said the arrest of Mr Banda was not a camouflage on his abduction.
“There is no statute of limitation to criminal matters. You can be arrested for a matter that happened 30 years ago
Mwiimbu, you are not addressing children. You have mishandled the Jay Jay issue. A person is abducted, instead of investigating the abductors, he is charged with old cases because someone said umulandu taubola. Arrest Mwiinde, Haamasaka and Levy Ngosa.
Have you forgotten how HH insulted PF in Lukashya by urging voters that if PF went to them with bribes they should tell them ” Nakulyamo ch!kala”. You only reap what you sow. It is time for UPND now to reap what they sowed whilst in opposition.
The problem that UPND has is that they have turned HH into a small god who no one can call or give a name , if you do so you will be arrested and charged.
The mighty KK was called fonko fonko, Chiluba-Kafwipi. Mwanawasa- cabbage, Ruphia- kanitundila, Sata – chimbu mushololwa. If you recall when Sata won the elections people closer to late Sata wanted to go after those people they perceived as enemies but Sata would ask, ‘were you the one insulted ?’ If I have forgiven him why do you want to hurt him?
When you go in politics insults will follow you as long as you are human being.
Good luck Bamwimbu time to answer your own time in future will be painful be careful don’t abuse your position inciting violence’, brutality by the Zambezi police force.
