UPND ALLIANCE MOURNS JOSHUA MUTISA
We are indeed saddened at the death of our bonafide member Joshua Mutisa.
He was a patriotic Zambian and served the country with much love as Kitwe District Commissioner with the MMD regime.
At the time of his death, he offered valuable services in the office of our President Hakainde Hichilema.
We shall miss him but his abilities deposited by God remain ‘carry over for the better Zambia’ to all of us.
May God strengthen his family and all of us during this painful moment.
