UPND CADRES IN KASAMA REPORT AMB. EMMANUEL MWAMBA OVER HIS FACEBOOK PAGE POSTING
Zambia’s Former Ambassador to the African Union Mr. Emmanuel Mwamba has been reported to “Kasama Police Station” over the post on the social media a photo of two military guards standing at the state House opposite Arakan Barracks with a write up saying “I think we should tell these guards that the thieves are already inside”
The two Northern Province residents want Mr. Mwamba to summoned to Kasama so that he can help by telling who the thieves are at State House.
The charge is under no. 54 under cyber crimes, see attached document.
