UPND Fails To Complete Access Road To Heart Hospital – Lusambo
After visiting a traditional leader at the Heart Hospital in Lusaka, former Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo did not spare the UPND.
He says they have failed to complete a kilometer access road to a critical facility put up by President Edgar Lungu and the PF.
Lusambo writes ✍️
I took some time off today to visit His Royal Highness Chief Mwinuna of the Lamba speaking people of Mpongwe who is hospitalized at the National Heart Hospital. It is reassuring that our beloved Chief is making steady progress towards full recovery. I also used the visit to appreciate the beautiful state of the art infrastructure which President Edgar Lungu and the PF administration created for the Zambian people.
What was however concerning that the UPND administration has so far failed to work on a less than 1 kilometer stretch of road going to the Hospital. As it stands, the access road is in poor condition.
I appeal to the area Member of Parliament Hon. Sylvia Masebo and the Minister of Infrastructure Hon. Charles Milupi to prioritize works on that short stretch. Before leaving office, the PF had earmarked that road for upgrade and it is important that the UPND administration follows through.
