Ngati bafuna ma Zambians, allow them to debate the term limit . Don’t stop the debate . We had no term limit initially but we debated and changed the constitution.
Before we put the term limit in the constitution, there was a debate . The dead fellows debated and changed from limitless to limited term . Nothing strange for us to debate the term limit .
We also debated and reverted to multiparty democracy. Democracy is also about allowing citizens to freely debate a governance matter. After all it is their country.
Democracy also means allowing citizens to choose leaders of their choice without being stopped as it is for MPs.
Chiluba wanted a third term,Zambians rejected it.We do not want a third term for HH,STOP this NONSENSE, nip it in the bud.Stop
Iwe,Ka Chiluba wanted a third term without an election.In a limitless presidential term,there shall still be elections every seven years.Citizens should also debate constitutional mechanisms to exclude paupers and other vagabonds from voting,and the return of the death penalty
