UPND SAYS LOSS OF FOUR SEATS DOES NOT AFFECT ITS DOMINANCE IN WESTERN PROVINCE

The United Party for National Development (UPND) in Western Province says losing four seats at local government and parliamentary level does not affect the party’s dominance in the province.
Speaking to Bulozi TV News, UPND Provincial Information and Publicity Secretary Lamaswala Mubiana described Western Province as the party’s stronghold in the country.
Mubiana said UPND is the only political party in the country that attracts people based on its developmental achievements.
He further said Zambia is a democratic country and citizens are free to vote for their preferred candidates without being forced
