BOWMAN LUSAMBO CHASED FROM PARLIAMENT LIKE AN UNRULY GRADE 12 PUPIL HIGH ON CANNABIS!
The self proclaimed Bull dozer & Kabushi PF Member of Parliament, Bowman Lusambo this session was chased from Parliament by Speaker of the National Assembly, Nelly Mutti.
This embarrasing event occurred after a point of order was raised by Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister, Jack Mwiimbu on whether Mr. Lusambo was in order to walkout in ‘anger’ following guidance from the speaker for him to sit down as he was trying to debate.
In her ruling the majestic Speaker said Mr. Lusambo was not in order to walkout on the proceeding officer and subsequently ruled that he leaves the house so that he can continue with his anger outside.
When the incident occured, Parliament was debating Foreign Affairs Minister, Stanley Kakubo’s ministerial statement on President Hakainde Hichilema’s trip to the United Nations General Assembly in the USA.
On his embarrasing way out while undergoing the “walk of shame” the Kabushi Bull Dozzer uttered the phrase “Nipano Tuli” which only him and his brainless cronies can decipher!
