If what Mr. Kazhala has said is true, it is shameful, despicable and inhuman. The perpetrators of these acts of violence must face the full force of the law.
However, I find it strange that Mr. Kazhala expects the MP, Mr. Chipoka to go to the police and order the arrest of the criminals. The normal thing do is for Mr. Kazhala to report the thugs to the police since he claims to have witnessed the incident. Then we will see what the police will do about it.
