Captured former Petauke Central Member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda once boasted of having more sophisticated security than President Hakainde Hichilema.
JJ Banda told his supporters that he had first, second, third and fourth layers of highly trained security operatives protecting him.
He mocked President Hichilema, accusing him of being too stingy to match the sophisticated security details protecting him.
While his supporters believed he had strong security, the claims came under scrutiny following reports that only two Special Forces personnel were involved in apprehending him in Mozambique.
His entire security disappeared within a minute when the Special Forces moved in to apprehend him.
