WHERE IS OUR CDF?

Am in munali constituency checking out on some developmental projects,
The only change, I’ve observed is an increase in the number of junks,most youths are just roaming the street committing petty crimes to fund their thirsty for anything alcoholic that can keep them high.
From most groups of youth and women, I’ve talked too,none of them ever received any CDF,
If no one has received any Grant or loan,then where is the empowerment funds meant to empower the women and youth in the constituency?
Time will tell when,we the people of munali shall shall ask for accountability for every ngwee that was allocated to munali constituency under CDF,who benefitted and what criteria was used to access the funds,
