WHY PRESIDENT HAKAINDE HICHILEMA MUST MAKE PUBLIC HIS DECLARED ASSETS, LIABILITIES, SOURCES OF INCOME AND BUSINESS INTERESTS AS DEMANDED BY THE LAW

Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development completed audits and preparing books of accounts in 2020 for the Environmental Protection Fund, designed to mitigate evironmental damage done by the mines and holds in excess of $35million.
The Ministry has completed the process to acquire a Fund Manager.
African Life Financial Services, an insurance firm closely associated with President Hakainde Hichilema and his business associate, Muna Hantuba, has been listed as the best evaluated bidder.
Mr. Hichilema now holds a public office and conflict interest will arise everytime any of his firms win government contracts if he doesnt declare interest.
Further this is the reason why,as demanded by the law, that President Hichilema must make public, his sssets, liabilities, sources of income and business interests.
In 2017, News Diggers, while discussing the fraud at Saturnia Regna, one of the largest private pensioneer and fund manager, revealed the ownership structure of African Life Financial Services who are also shareholders in Saturnia Regna.
