Lavrov warns Europe: “A war with Russia would be short and devastating”
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has issued a renewed warning to European countries, saying a direct conflict between Russia and Europe would be fundamentally different from the war in Ukraine.
“If Europe attacks Russia, it would be a completely different war and it would be very short,” Lavrov said.
The remarks come amid heightened tensions between Moscow and European governments over the war in Ukraine and the possibility of greater European military involvement.
