Lawlessness by Levy Ngoma

Mr. Levy Ngoma is a Special Assistant to the President in charge of Politics based at State House.
He is a full civil servant on the payrol of public service workers.
His role is that of advising the Head of State on matters and issues of politics.
He is NOT expected to engage in party activities or party mobilisation or any form of partisan activities.
That’s the duty of the UPND Secretary General, party structures and party functioneries.
What we witnessed in Sinda and Eastern Province is utter lawlessness of the highest order.
Further, My. Ngoma and others have been named in the abduction case of Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament, Emmanuel JJ Banda.
And in this video, Ngoma has issued new and criminal threats against critics of President Hakainde Hichilema.
But in the usual fashion of heightened lawlessness, the Inspector General of Police, Graphael Musamba will not deal with the matter, now or in the future. He teats Government and UPND officials as a class im society that is above the law!
These are brutal Thugs! No wonder they are crushing our Democracy and having Sham elections! Crashing the arms of government. Crushing the Electoral Commission of Crashing the Registrar of Societies. Crushing Civil Society Organizations. Crushing the media. Crashing the Church. Crushing the Zambia Catholic Bishops Council..
But no one is more powerful than the people… Hakainde is nothing without the people…And at an opportune time, on 12th August 2026, he will be shown who wields the power.. Hakainde won’t stand in the way of the people…And he will be crushed by the People of Zambia.
How I wish you had given this same advice to the thug Kaizer Zulu.
He couldn’t have. Mwamba was just as crookedly partisan when he was ambassador. They all come from the same cloth
Levy leave that language to PF cadres, you are the Guys that cause presidents and parties to fail because of thoughtless praise singing, let the president be criticized if he does wrong and praise if he does right.
Levy Ngoma you are right. Fire for fire. You UPND needs to be saved FROM the coming danger.
Ba Mwamba, you are truly shameless. Have you forgotten how you abandoned your diplomatic posting to come and campaign for Mr. Lungu and PF? How you accused Dr. Sishuwa of treason (ambassador playing the role of the police) when he criticized your PF party and predicted its downfall?
Your notorious PF party so infiltrated the civil service that even the police Commissioners and the IG were PF cadres, the Permanent Secretaries were PF cadres and everybody else was a PF cadre. And today you talk of civil servants being non-partisan? What a hypocrite!
PF is the true representation of hypocrisy, lies and lawlessness.
Who is this dull Easterner going to crush when he’s just crushing himself and his Hichilema and everybody in Upnd! That hungry crowd was just bussed and shunted to that venue of meeting, despite them being very hungry! The problem with most Easterners is that they are very dull! They take long to realize and know the truth! Hichilema and Upnd are finished and Zambians will soon crush them very soon!
Ba Musonda, if you think HH and UPND are finished, then you need to think again. Moreover no one with his hunger can agree to be bussed to a rally or meeting for a person he doesn’t like. That crowd was full of adults and were fully aware of what they were doing. Agree or disagree, as at now, HH remains the most popular politician in Zambia.
