This one was repeated in a matter of days,” he said. “For me, worrying about standing orders was over the top given that the Constitution could be abrogated in broad daylight, what about National Assembly standing orders? It should be a piece of cake.”
Kafwaya wondered why there was no excitement on the part of ACC and DEC on the FIC report revelations.
“Now, there was some imagination in terms of what UPND could cheat us about Faith’s money. What is UPND going to tell us about the K13.5 b[illion] FIC revelation? Why isn’t there excitement on the part of ACC and DEC on this report’s revelations? Ba UPND mwasebana. Ubu nibu kabwalala – bu pompwe – munshibila nsala. This is the money they are giving many other vulnerable people to go and change for them in multiple stretches with the intention of mopping up the foreign currencies on the Markert just for the purposes of stretching the government hard by holding own to these foreign currencies in their homes these monies together with alot of kwachas stollen and being kept in their homes, farms, beds and toilets. These are very evil people the likes of mutototo kafwaya. Their other main motive is to weaken the local currency so that they can celebrate and make noise if the kwacha start treading on a depreciated side of the economy. They have also invested in most filling stations and buying of real estate and other properties all over the country and globally. The good thing here is that light from above is Shinning in Zambia and everything that is hidden in dark will be seen and brought to light in the Great Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Additionally, not only that but talk of the Directors and shareholders in some of the companies involved in these illicit transactions – having transfers from multiple sources and partner companies ranging back from years starting; 2012 to 2022 and 2023 respectively. Their people can easily be tamed and named, Including cash that was being used to buy farms, houses and other real estate and properties. All this is being traced from the period coming starting 2012/2013/2017-uo to July 2021 and to date. The same crooks and their planted remnants in government under procurement, finance ( accountants ) and government Ministry Directors and technical staff are still aiding them to commit these sins so that they can discredit the government – the approach is changing especially with crimes committed against the people of Zambia and it’s elected government and indeed the government which is a system respectively.

We will appreciate if government can now amend the law where if one of these remnants and their masters are found wanting, like it is in the Bible – the story of talents. No bail or bond to be given to such people. Let them be prosecuted, lock and jail them not less than 5 years and from the time case started but from the date and time of conviction if found wanting. Additionally, grab all that they have in form of property, freeze their bank accounts, grab their passports, those in employment, to lose everything including their pension to cover up for the pain the county hsd undergone because of

The types of Freddie Mmembe legacy spreading now to most companies, but if we see companies going the post news paper way others will start crying but this is what you are inviting but for this it will also be brought to light.
