BLACK APPLE AND PETER MACHENI COMPLAINS OF BODY PAINS AS COURT ORDERS PRISON AUTHORITIES TO TAKE THEM TO HOSPITAL.

Joe Nyondo popularly Known Black Apple and Peter Kashala popularly Known as Peter Macheni appeared in Court yesterday before Magistrate Sinvula amid complaints about body pains.
When the matter came for mention the due appealed to court that they should order the prison authorities to take them to the Hospital for medical check ups as the authority have only provided them with Bruffen as a painkiller since they were incarcerated at Chimbokaila over 5 months ago for the alleged violence in Chawama Constituency.
The dueTonse Pamodzi Alliance youth leaders were initially granted bail before they were re- arrested and State amended their charge from Trespassing to aggravated robbery.
The Court ordered Prison authorities to take the accused to the hospital so that they can receive proper medical attention before they appear in Court for the next session.
The matter was adjourned to November 4,2026 for mention and possible commencement of trial.
