Crippling loadshedding is due to incompetence, failure to plan – Antonio

Antonio Mwanza says the crippling loadshedding in the country is due to incompetence of Zesco and failure by the government to make a decision on the use of power.
Speaking with Daily Revelation yesterday, Mwanza said the government could have put in sufficient measures to mitigate the impact of the drought if they had acted on the warning from the Meteorological Department warned about the impending drought.

After recovering from the expulsion, you have started uttering those baseless comments. Load shedding has been caused by drought and not anyone whether competent or incompetent. You were in government for seven years, you failed to put up alternative energy sources because you had no vision to anticipate anything like a drought. So blame yourselves, you are the ones who were incompetent.
