And Harry Kalaba said nobody will temper with the 2026 general elections, not even the Electorial Commission of Zambia (ECZ) he said was affiliated towards the UPND, saying this battle is not a physical battle but a spiritual matter, and nobody can stop what is spiritual no matter the machinations.
He said they will engage in the education of voting agents in all the constituencies to ensure that all the votes cast by the people counted.
“Even if it’s one vote I have gotten from Dundumwezi that vote must count,” said Kalaba.
He said the CF would stand up to what he described as President Hakainde Hichilema’s dictatorial tendencies without fear or favour, and that he would review all the cases of those who were being arrested for simply speaking out.

My advice to Opposition Political Parties. Ensure you Train rain your Polling station agents to monitor the Elections in Southern Province. They should be accompanied by Highly trained Security personnel as cover for them.These agents should be from other Provinces, non corruptible and not resident in Southern Province, preferably non Tonga. ( This is not hate , but a necessary pre – qualification criterion)
That’s the only way to have credible Elections in this Province.. Otherwise a repeat of 2021 will happen where Polling Agents were being chased from polling stations, giving ” Dundumwezi” chance to do anything in those ballot boxes.

Opposition political parties kindly heed the advice of Mr. Nkuku Man. Take it a step further by replicating the same in ALL provinces. Also ensure your agents can speak the local language.

How I wish all castles were horses, what Kalaba is talking about is just wishful thinking. In case he has forgotten about the 2021 results, this is how they were; Mr. Kalaba stood on the Democratic Party ticket and he lost his own Constituency (Bahati) to ECL and HH. ECL had 18,000 plus, HH had 10,203 and Kalaba had 2,277. In Dundumwezi, he had 41 votes and the overall results countrywide; Kalaba had 25,231 against HH’s 2,853,348. In terms of percentage, HH had 59.02% while Kalaba had less than 1% at 0.52%. So even if dreaming is free, you can’t dream of defeating someone who defeated you with such a huge margin. What magic are you going to use? Is that not self delusional? Even if you use a charm from a Malukula, you can’t, uleibepa fye mune. May be in 2031 you may make it if age will not betray you.
