Former State House Aide Cheats Death
Former State Permanent Secretary Emmanuel Chilubanama was involved in a road accident on his way to the Copperbelt Province today.
The woman who was in his vehicle believed to be his sister has one of her legs broken.
Mr. Chilubanama, the woman and his bodyguard are admitted at one of the private hospitals in Lusaka.
