HEAVY POLICE PRESENCE AS MUNDUBILE, RUNNING MATE RETURN TO COURT
Security has been heightened at the Solwezi Magistrate Court, where 2026 General Elections NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile and his running mate are expected to appear today for plea proceedings, with the trial also expected to commence.
The duo is facing two counts of alleged seditious practices.
Their court appearance comes after the matter was adjourned on 25 September 2026 by Principal Resident Magistrate Mambwe Mukonde when they first appeared before the court.
The case is scheduled for hearing today, 5 October 2026, amid a noticeable police presence around the court premises.
