President Hakainde Hichilema dissolves the Musa Mwenye led ACC Board

Recently ACC Board member and Commissioner Dr. O’Brien Kaaba, wrote an expose letter that detailed the large-scale acts of corruption that are being driven by State Chambers ( Attorney General and Director of Public Prosecutions and selected Judges).
Further it has been understood that the ACC and Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) have been running an extortion ring in the matters regarding seized or frozen assets and bank accounts to avoid prosecution and where they have been negotiating with suspects the release of the money without prosecution and a small surrender of the monies to the state but with kickbacks to them.
President Hakainde Hichilema has since dissolved the ACC Board.
However, the meaningful action will be to investigate the depth of Dr. O’Brien Kaaba’s allegations and root out the bad eggs.
It is everyone’s fault but his.
He will swiftly gag all of them now the same way he did to the lady DPP. At the time, she got insulted and persecuted. I told you then that she was on firm ground, that is why the tribalist conman gagged her and she could not tell her story. Now we know know why.
Vote wisely in 2026.
The best he can do for us is to simply dissolve everything including parliament. Zambia needs a fresh start right now. The country has finally been suffocated by HH’s grand corruption.
Very correct , the country has reached a very dangerous point. This is all because Hichilema has no respect for the constitution! What Hichilema does not understand is that implementation of the constitution is done by institutions which are manned by Zambians, officers employed by the government of Zambia, as a country! So when the president of Zambia thinks he’s an uncontrollable, that nobody can control him, there are officers in those constitutions that will expose him by exposing people he’s doing deals with! What has been exposed by an ACC board member is very serious because it points to the president being involved in very serious corruption, and the president should immediately dissolve parliament and himself, so that fresh elections are held! If the president does not do that soon, the country is headed for more serious problems! So serious that a vote of no confidence will have to be passed in Hichilema’s government.
Good gesture! HH means well but the seed which PF left.If senior government officials and leaders and their families find themselves in courts for looting you think it’s a joke.You must just sympathize with HH over the overwhelming work you left him.They say bad habits die hard.
Corruption is perceived to have become deep rooted during the PF rule under ECL when carders became stinkingly rich from zero. A deep rooted tree is very difficult to uproot and this is the current situation. It is unfortunate that critical analysis is not easy to apply, some commentators do it for their own selfish plan for continuous plundering so that they benefit as it were. God forbid!!
