The Human Rights Commission (HRC) is a scum that is being used to tell the nation lies about Chishimba Kambwili’s health status, says his wife, Carol.
And Carol yesterday said she would blame the government and the prison authorities should anything happen to her husband as they have placed him in prison cells to rot from his ill-health.

Hold them accountable for what?? Kambwili appeared before a competent court. As an MP at one time he contributed to in enacting the laws that he broke and sent him to prison. If he dies in prison where he is serving a legal prison term, the government will bury him legally. You should understand that being released on Medical grounds is not done because the wife feels so. It should also be pronounced that presidential pardons are not a privilege and entitlement. The president can do it if he wishes and no one has a right to manipulate him rightly or wrongly. What you have issued here is a threat to an institution doing it’s work. If you think he needs extra medication , you can go and buy and have the pharmacy deliver it to prison. This level of manipulation won’t work to stop a criminal from serving his jail term.
