‎I agree with Nalumango that opposition in its current form can’t win 2031 polls – Kalaba

‎I agree with Vice-President Mutale said that the opposition in its present form, should forget about forming government in 2031, says Citizens First (CF) leader Harry Kalaba.

‎
‎In a press statement, Kalaba stated that the truth of the matter was that there were too many chancers within the opposition who were not genuinely interested in improving the lives of the majority of Zambians who were desperately crying out for alternative leadership.

‎
‎Kalaba argued that the events before and after the August 13 general elections have exposed a troubling reality that many in the opposition were more interested in personal gain and political aggrandisement than in redeeming the Zambian people from the abject poverty and squalor in which so many continue to live

‎
‎”Her Honour the Vice-President  Mrs W.K. Mutale Nalumango’ statement in Parliament yesterday that in its current state, the opposition is likely to lose the 2031 general elections, requires scrutiny and attention,” Kalaba stated. “

As painful as this truth may be for many of us in the opposition, we must have the courage to confront it.

The truth of the matter is that there are too many chancers within the opposition who are not genuinely interested in improving the lives of the majority of Zambians who are desperately crying out for alternative leadership.”

‎
‎He urged Zambians to condemn those that have placed personal interests, personal political ambitions and individual gain ahead of the collective interests of the people… https://dailyrevelationzambia.com/i-agree-with-nalumango-that-opposition-in-its-current-form-cant-win-2031-polls-kalaba/

  1. Call a spade a spade by Hon. H. K.
The instead of the opposition reorganizing themselves after 13th August 2026 elections, they opted to cause confusion, crossed the safe lines and for fear being arrested they have fled the country while others are incarcerated for various serious offenses as it sounds.
Though 2031 seems far away, it isn’t if they stay in separate room without doors to come out. What I see is; Brian Mundubile na Makebi Zulu and 16 others engaging a flight mode gear if granted constitutional bail, I mean most likely they will flee the country..trust me. How then can they re organize themselves.
The deep bleeding cut is NRPUP MPs are even more confused state and uncomfortable. The NRPUP Party President has congratulated and recognized UPND as legitimate and withdrew from Tonse Alliance. This leaves Mundubile and Makebi with no political Party, how about the MPs? Ku Orphanage olo ku wire? The VP is correct.
If the Bow is lost THEN the Arrows are useless or most likely be USED by the anyone with the Bow in this case ruling UPND between Now and 2031.
You may argue but this is where the pointer has pointed .
