I thank Hichilema for not making new promises, he talks too much, says KBF
ZAMBIA Must Prosper leader Kelvin Fube Bwalya (KBF) has commended President Hakainde Hichilema for not making any new promises during his parliamentary address on Friday, saying the President “talks too much.”
Bwalya told reporters on Sunday that Mr Hichilema had made too many pledges which he failed to fulfil.

Ba KBF, please list the promises HH made which he has not fulfilled, or we will take it that you are just being petty and jealous. We are not interested in such cave politics.
Actually, it is KBF who talks to much. He is a prostitute if a politician.
But these PF Associated politicians are hard core crooks, nowonder KBF, i don’t know what measure he used to approach and lure a judge in the middle of the night to issue a stop order to stop the Guy Scott conference which was legitimate during PF convention to select their pf party president at Mulungushi Rock of Authority in Kabwe/Kapiri District after the death of Micheal Sata where crookednes and fightings were witnessed.
That was a crooked and full view corrupt way of judicial scandah at the expense of procedurally approach to ethics and standards. The same way they did during that period, that is what this KBF is trying hard to blind Zambians to fall into. RUBBISH!. Though some are not seeing and appreciating like PF group of robbers and thieves, others who are normal and sober in mind are seeing and appreciating what UPND in government promised and has done and still doing.
HH and UPND in particular promised Zambians what they were going to do when voted into government. Among these are,
1. Free education.
2. Debt restructuring and improved economy
3. Youth empowerment and employment.
4. Skills trainings
5. Inclussive cabinet.
6. Stop caderism and restore the rule of law.
7. NAPSA 20% withdraw
8. Food security and good price for farm products; maize and soya beans inclusive.
9. Job creation.
10. Restoration of meal allawances which PF uncle Nkandu Luo and Lungu removed in order to starve children coming from vulnerable families.
11. Revamping the mines.
12. Infrastructure development at reasonable cost. Talk of Lusaka Ndola dual carriage way, Masangano Luanshya roads, Chingola Chililabombwe road and many other roads that are being tared through out the Country.
13. Fighting corruption. Bamupupula baleingila. The recent one being bonanza Malanji.
14. Fixing the economy which pf under lungu totally destroyed. Borrowed recklessly and defaulted.
15. Mulungushi Textile to be opened soon after 27+ years of defunct.
16. Increased CDF from a mere K1.6 million to K30.6 m.
All tge above pkus many more have been done what else cam you subtract from here. Walaaaa.
Other items on the cards which are yet to be gully fullfiled.
1. Lowering the cost of living- work in progress.
2. Load shading. Work in progress.
Veey soon the above will be within manageable magins for all Zambians.

Ba KBF, is too preoccupied with dreams to understand Theme. Speeches go in line with the themes. The backbone of Theme presented to Parliament was ” Consolidation” and the president just laboured on that. The fact is that HH had made promises and most of them are already fulfilled and the others are being implemented. In other words HH is now in the consolidation of ensuring that the set developmental agendas remain sustainable and continue becoming better.
By promising not to make new promises, that was a promise in itself which we should check after some time.
