Information just received indicates that the FUGITIVE Accountant has been apprehended in MANSA as he tried to skip the country into DRC
He was found at Mansa Hotel where he was hiding as he planned to escape.

What was Francis Chipyoka running away from? He has a job with the IBA. His boss was murdered and as one of the senior officials, Chipyoka needed to be around to attend his boss’s funeral. But he chose to run away. Why? No doubt the Police are asking this question.
