… despite my voting for Bill 7, what she did was not right
Kamfinsa member of parliament Christopher Kang’ombe (PF) says he will talk to Speaker Nelly Mutti that the way she conducted herself by dancing over the passage of Bill 7 is not the way she should conduct herself.
And Kang’ombe said he stayed along in Parliament in order to change some of the bad clauses that were contained in the initial Bill 7, which he said were amended and that history would judge him as an asset for doing the same.
Speaking with Daily Revelation over Speaker Mutti’s celebratory dances following the passage of Bill 7 he voted for, Kang’ombe said he had not read the code of conduct for the Speaker, but he did not agree with Mutti’s

Mr. Kang’ombe, you did the correct thing by remaining in Parliament and ensuring the bad clauses were amended. That is what responsible people do instead of blindly following harmful party directives.
Yes, the conduct of the Speaker was disgraceful to say the least. Maybe someone should move a motion to censure her or get her to officially apologise. Is the Speaker above disciplining by Parliament?
